The Messaoudi Lab has a fundamental interest in developing innovative synthetic methodologies in glycochemistry, with a particular interest in establishing new catalytic methods involving classical cross-couplings, C-H activation, photoredox catalysis and electrocatalysis. These catalytic methods are used to explore new chemical spaces in glycochemistry and glycopeptides with the aim to identify new bioactive drugs (anticancer, antiviral and antimicrobial agents)
